The just-released ASX Australian Investor Study 2023 shows young investors aged 18 to 24 now make up almost 10% of Australia's total pool of investors. They're a different breed to older investors. Rather than mainly being focused on returns, their biggest goal is to build sustainable income.

This week we also look at home downsizing in Australia for the purpose of getting more money into superannuation.
